Founder & Owner von MUELLBACHER Personalberatung
Ute has been a consultant in local and international strategic human resources consulting since 1998 after more than 10 years in management as well as in management consulting for industrial and commercial companies and founded MUELLBACHER Personalberatung in 2004; she holds a degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration with specializations in corporate management and change management.
Focus: Executive Search (top management / C-level as well as 2nd & 3rd management level); strategic personnel search and selection of management personalities and experts for key positions in medium-sized companies and international corporations with a focus on executive search; potential evaluation, assessment centers, motivation analyses as well as management audits; Ute Muellbacher offers executive coaching and supports as a sparring partner in leadership topics.

Sandra-Isabel Bauer, B.Sc.
Projektmanagement Research & Recruiting
Sandra-Isabel studied food and biotechnology at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences, Vienna, and worked at the Department of Food Science and Technology there. In addition, Sandra-Isabel gained experience in Austrian pharmaceutical companies and is active as a volunteer paramedic and with FC Mariahilf. At MUELLBACHER Personalberatung she is in charge of search projects in the areas of Research & Recruiting.
Max Muellbacher
Projektmanagement Research & Recruiting
Max studied law at the University of Vienna and gained several years of experience at international law firms in Vienna and São Paulo / Brazil, specializing in intellectual property, business and real estate law. At MUELLBACHER Personalberatung Max supervises projects in the context of Search & Selection.
